Motor Claim Services

A list of the basic documents needed for a claim:

A completed claim form that will be provided during your claim notification to us. Our panel workshops can download the form and help you from there. You should check that the information provided is accurate.
An original certified copy of your police report.
A copy of NRIC of the insured person and the driver at the time of the accident.
A copy of driving licence of the driver at the time of accident.
A copy of the Vehicle Registration Card/Certification of Ownership issued by JPJ.
Detailed estimated repair costs of your vehicle. The appointed repairer will be able to provide you with this document.

Additional documents may be needed as the claim progresses.

Prepare the relevant documents listed on page two.
Mail them to our office as soon as possible.
