How do I redeem my reward?

Once you have received the email/SMS containing your reward, go to the TNG eWallet app on your phone. Then:

  1. Click on ‘+ Reload’ on the home screen.
  2. Click on ‘eWallet Balance’ from the pop-up screen that appears below.
  3. Click on ‘TNG eWallet Reload Pin’ at the bottom of the next screen.
  4. Key in your TNG eWallet PIN sent to you in your gift email/SMS (also used for registration).
  5. Click on ‘Reload Now’ to enjoy your reward!
