What will P&O Insurance do when they receive my claim?

We will acknowledge your claim and liaise with the relevant parties i.e. you/your driver, adjuster and the police on the investigation. Our contact details are available on our letter of request or acknowledgement for you to follow the progress of your claim. Our aim is to settle your claim as quickly and fairly as possible. However, delays may occur where we need to contact you for additional information, or where a claim is more complicated.
