- Interstate Ambulance Service
In the event of an accident where you are hospitalised due
to being paralysed and/or loss of limb(s) and you request to be transferred to
another hospital, MASA will assist in arranging for your transportation to the medical
centre. However, any costs incurred will be borne totally and directly by you.
You are entitled for a discount of up to 30% on published
rates for car rentals from any of MASA’s car rental partners. All rentals and
other costs incurred will be borne totally and directly by you.
- Privileged Hotels and Resorts
Member shall be entitled for a discount of up to 30% on
published rates on room rates for hotels and resorts from MASA’s hotels and
resorts from MASA’s hotels and resorts partners. All room rates and other costs
incurred will be borne totally and directly by you.
- Emergency Message Transmission
In the event of an emergency, MASA will inform your
next-of-kin within a reasonable time frame from when they receive the news of
your incident.
- Emergency Evacuation Assistance
In the event of an accident, MASA shall arrange on a service-basis, an ambulance or other means of transportation to send you to the nearest public or
private medical centre or hospital. The cost for any medical treatment received
by the insured shall be borne totally and directly by you.
You are entitled to request for assistance in arranging
the following:
- Plumbing repairs.
- Air-conditioning service and repairs.
- Electrical wiring repairs.
- Locksmiths.
The costs of any service requested and received by the
insured will be borne totally and directly.
- Concierge and Lifestyle Assistance
You are entitled to request for any assistance in
organising the following services:
- Hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Golf tee-off reservations at your preferred golf
club.
- Flower deliveries.
